How to Setup IPTV on Firestick
(2026 Step-by-Step Guide)

1. Open TiviMate from your Apps section
2. Click Add playlist
3. Select Xtream Codes API (easiest method)
4. Enter your StarShare credentials:
   • Playlist Name: StarShare IPTV
   • Server URL: (provided in your welcome email)
   • Username: (your StarShare username)
   • Password: (your StarShare password)
5. Click Next and wait for channels to load
6. Select your favorite channels and click Done

For IPTV Smarters:

1. Open IPTV Smarters
2. Click Add New User
3. Select Login with Xtream Codes API
4. Enter the same credentials as above
5. Click Add User
6. Choose Live TV, Movies, or Series to start watching

❌ "App Not Installed" Error

Solution: This usually means you already have a version installed. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications and delete the old version first.

❌ Buffering or Freezing

Solution:

• Check your internet speed (minimum 25 Mbps for 4K)
• Restart your Firestick and router
• Clear app cache: Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Apps > [Your App] > Clear Cache
• Use Ethernet adapter instead of WiFi for best performance

❌ "No Stream Available" Error

Solution: Your playlist might need updating. In TiviMate, go to Settings > Playlists > [Your Playlist] > Update Playlist. If problem persists, contact StarShare support on WhatsApp.
